PO Clerk Accounts Payable

We are looking for a PO Clerk to join our team and connect America. As a PO Clerk, you will perform tasks associated primarily with PO invoices, inventory reconciliation, and any other duties assigned. What You’ll Do Communicate with corporate staff, field offices, and vendors for purchase of goods and services Issue purchase orders Review receipt information for accuracy in quantities and pricing Communicate with inventory vendors to maintain updated pricing schedules Process receipts for purchase ordersMonitor open PO report to ensure items receipted in a timely manner Reconcile items received to original requests, research any variances Special projects as assigned What You’ll Need You are at least 18 years old You are authorized to work in the United States for this company You have an associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required OR you have one to three years of accounts payable experience and/or training You have working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Access Previous Solomon experience preferred You have the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively You have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff You have the ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload You have the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to prioritize deadlines You have general computer knowledge; and requires knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google applications Benefits Weekly paychecks Paid time off, parental leave, and holidays Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) with company match Stock purchase plan Education reimbursement Legal insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and more Our company is an equal‑opportunity employer and we are committed to providing a work environment where everyone can thrive, grow, and feel connected.
