Responsibilities Your responsibilities include maintaining high levels of service during the busy tax season: Organizing Files Managing Calendars and Appointments Sort Mail Staff Support Greet Visitors & Assist Clients with Sign In Answer Phones Your work supports confidentiality and client relations, and you contribute to expanding our client base through referrals from satisfied clients. Qualifications Decision-Making Skills Communication and Collaboration Skills Organizational Skills Writing Skills Computer Skills Phone Etiquette and Experience with Multiple Line Phone Systems Part-time Work Schedule This part-time administrative position will work three 8-hour days per week.
