Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions primarily through video chat, focusing on enhancing clients’ mental well-being.

• Conduct evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and develop, implement, and adapt comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be stable adults who have undergone thorough screening before booking services. They will have low acuity concerns, ensuring that you work with manageable cases where you can make a meaningful impact without the challenges associated with severe mental health conditions. Additionally, we prioritize pairing you with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences to maximize engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold a valid and active state license in good standing as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants with a disciplinary history cannot be considered.

• Effective interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.

• Proficient in using digital technology for client management and therapy sessions.
