Consumables Sales Lead Retail & Customer Service
Navy Exchange
Navy Exchange Service Command seeks a Supervisory Sales Associate at the Great Lakes location. You will be the face of the brand, leading a team of associates, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.
You will engage customers, manage inventory and promotions, operate the POS system, and coach staff to maintain a positive, productive work environment. This role requires initiative and a customer-first mindset.
