Onboarding Coordinator

Greensboro Auto Auction is the South's leading independent, dealer exclusive auto auction. Greensboro Auto Auction is locally owned and operated. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Onboarding Coordinator. EOE Paid vacation, holidays and sick/personal days Position: Full time 8-5 Monday-Thursday 8-12 Friday (Evening work may be required as job duties demand) Responsibilities Answers and directs departmental phone calls. Receives and distributes office mail. Schedules and organizes appointments. Conducts background checks for applicants. Proofreads and types documents and correspondence. Processes new hire and rehire paperwork for new May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance and new hire. May assist with payroll. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Ability to operate office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to type 60 words per minute. Proficient in Microsoft Office products or similar software.
