As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Responsibilities As the director, independently manage and lead the branch, supported by ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set standards through incentivizing, motivating, and shaping team morale.
