Description What You'll Do

• Execute routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morewhile adhering to established protocols.
• Carefully interpret results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo necessary preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for an array of testing as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new colleagues or students, and uphold the high-quality standards of the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment while abiding by all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of employment.
• Maintain updated certification throughout your career with us.
