Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while creating a safe and healing environment.

• Assessing client concerns and developing appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual's or family's unique circumstances.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, and adjustments to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating open communication within families while addressing conflicts and enhancing relational dynamics.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population, including couples and families facing various challenges. You will specialize in addressing issues related to:

• Physical and psychological trauma

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling disputes and communication issues

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Pennsylvania.
