Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, addressing the unique dynamics and needs of each family unit.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to effectively manage and resolve issues including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Creating personalized treatment plans tailored for each client, facilitating progress tracking, and adapting interventions as needed.

• Encouraging healthy dynamics within relationships while addressing specific challenges such as blended family issues, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation and guidance to clients and their families to foster a supportive home environment during and after therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise as an LMFT will allow you to work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing critical issues such as:

Qualifications\n
