This role allows for telemedicine and in-person session flexibility in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples as well as individual sessions for each partner to explore personal and relational issues.
\n
• Developing treatment plans tailored to address specific concerns within the family dynamic.
\n
• Providing support and guidance for a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to:

\n
• Alcohol and substance abuse issues
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflict and communication difficulties
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
\n
• Challenges arising from blended families and remarriage
\n
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and recovery.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents, facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
