What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through enrollment and ongoing service.

  Customer Service & Client Support

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen to client needs, priorities, and concerns

• Answer questions clearly, professionally, and promptly

• Provide personalized guidance based on individual needs

• Build positive, long-term client relationships

• Provide ongoing follow-up and customer service

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities efficiently

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting virtual benefit consultations
