Senior Revenue Manager

Providing enterprise leadership and expertise in Revenue Management, the full-time Senior Revenue Management Manager will define strategies and frameworks for pricing, assortment, and Price-Pack Architecture, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive profitable growth from a hybrid work environment based in Westlake Village, CA or remotely from eligible locations. Key responsibilities Define and evolve the enterprise Revenue Management strategy in alignment with corporate growth and profitability objectives Lead the development of pricing strategies and frameworks that maximize profitable growth and strengthen competitive positioning Establish key performance indicators and analytical methodologies to evaluate Revenue Management effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Pricing, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods Proven experience in developing pricing strategies and governance processes that enhance business performance Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating commercial opportunities through a P&L lens Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or quantitative analysis required; MBA preferred Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with a history of influencing senior leadership
