What You Can Expect This important role assists with our compensation program development and implementation. The analytical support for all physician incentive/compensation programs is also run by this analyst. The goal is to be proactive in the approach of analysis, creating and running the models, identifying issues, determining root causes and making recommendations based on findings. This analyst will work with other reporting and analytical resources in the region to provide accurate information to senior management effectively and efficiently. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or related field (required) Master’s degree (preferred) 6 years of related work experience (i.e. in a reporting and analytical environment, preferably in healthcare) Demonstrated skills in project management, data analysis, statistical analysis, communication skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and group facilitation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Access, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio or similar database Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Managing multiple requests Proficient understanding of medical terminology and CPT and ICD9 procedure and diagnosis coding Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills Ability to envision, create and implement new program design Experience working with senior level managers and physicians Knowledge of health care operations, including primary care, specialty and ancillary services Business strategy, planning, operations and health care experience preferred Prior experience with physician compensation, Pay for Performance (P4P) or incentive compensation plans Benefits Generous paid time off Many additional benefits that support your work/life balance Equal Opportunity Employer TSPMG is an equal opportunity employer.
