Strategic Client Success Manager

As a Strategic Client Success Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their journey. You will help customers achieve their business objectives, maximize the value of their technology solutions, and drive sustainable growth. By combining strategic relationship management with hands-on execution, you will identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and account performance. You will collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions and measurable outcomes. • Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor by understanding their business objectives, challenges, priorities, and long-term goals.
• Guide customers throughout the entire client lifecycle, supporting successful onboarding, product adoption, retention, subscription continuity, and account growth.
• Translate strategic customer needs into actionable initiatives, including regular check-in calls, account reviews, success planning, and follow-up activities.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model and build strong relationships across their internal teams to identify challenges and align solutions with their needs.
• Drive product adoption and usage through proactive engagement, customer education, strategic touchpoints, and tailored planning.
• Monitor client performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes, strengthen relationships, and increase the value customers derive from available solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional support from executive leadership, account growth, marketing, and product development teams to address customer priorities and meet performance objectives.
• Identify opportunities for incremental business growth through customer advocacy, referrals, testimonials, and other referenceable initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication, organized account management practices, and timely follow-through across multiple customer priorities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a closely related client-facing role.
• 5+ years of experience working with SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer retention, product adoption, account growth, and client advocacy.
• Experience coaching, advising, and supporting high-value or strategic customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep clients aligned on execution.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, combined with strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand software solutions, explain their value, and help customers address business challenges.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, patient, positive, and thoughtful approach to customer relationships and problem-solving.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• An undergraduate degree is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry or profession is a plus, but not required.
