Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chicago Area. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned region by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective and current clients, conducting product and solution presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. The Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, develop regional sales strategies, prepare sales forecasts, and report on performance metrics to leadership. The role also includes participating in industry events, maintaining a detailed understanding of company offerings, and representing Blackstone Integrated Technologies as a trusted partner to clients. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably within technology or integrated solutions industries. Strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and contract negotiation. Ability to analyze market data, create sales plans, and manage pipelines and forecasts effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Comfort with CRM tools, standard office software, and basic understanding of technology solutions and services. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Willingness to travel within the region as needed and work on-site in the Greater Chicago Area.
