Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Establish clear therapeutic objectives and continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans according to clients’ evolving needs.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients with various circumstances and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and client appointments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
