Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, leveraging tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to establish accurate diagnoses and formulate tailored treatment plans.

  Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies to support patients on their mental health journeys, continually monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

  Document all clinical interactions meticulously and in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accurate treatment records and reports are maintained.

  Engage collaboratively with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to devise and execute comprehensive treatment strategies that align with each patient's unique needs and goals.

  Coordinate referrals and maintain strong relationships with community resources and other service providers, facilitating access to integrative care for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse demographic of clients facing various mental health challenges. You will be a critical resource in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns, all while being sensitive to cultural diversity and the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.

  Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks associated with therapy, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.

  Previous experience or familiarity with mental health care environments is preferred.
