The Investment Advisor Associate will support financial planning initiatives, client service, operational coordination, and ongoing relationship management efforts. Responsibilities Assist advisors with financial planning preparation, portfolio reviews, account servicing, and follow-up activities. Gather, organize, and maintain client financial information and planning documentation. Coordinate client onboarding, account opening paperwork, and ongoing administrative requests. Deliver a high-touch client experience through proactive communication, scheduling, and personalized follow-up. Maintain accurate CRM records and support ongoing client engagement initiatives including events and outreach campaigns. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials while supporting day-to-day office and operational workflows. Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and support long-term relationship management initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a polished, professional presence. Client-service mindset with empathy, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building strengths. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and general technology platforms; CRM experience preferred.
