Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Complex Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including trade secrets, business torts, antitrust, and class action defense. Duties Manage key workstreams such as motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and pretrial preparation. Take and defend depositions and make court appearances. Engage in direct client contact and assume responsibility for cases. Requirements 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at a national firm. Excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Proactive team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Education Excellent academic credentials required. Judicial clerkship is a plus. Certifications California bar admission required. Skills Strong experience in managing litigation processes.
