Reports directly to the President, Parfums Christian Dior – North America. As Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) enters a phase of accelerated opportunity and complexity, this role is created to anchor strategic clarity, focus, and momentum. The Chief of Staff, Director, will be the President’s core strategic partner, responsible for shaping the mid‑term and long‑term agenda, defining clear priorities, and ensuring the organization has the plans, governance, and executional discipline to deliver sustained growth over the coming years. This role exists to bring concentration, energy, and focus to a wide portfolio of opportunities translating ambition into structured plans, sequenced initiatives, and tangible outcomes. Job responsibilities President & Comex Leadership Support Act as a trusted thought partner to the President on strategy, growth, and organizational focus. Support preparation and orchestration of key leadership moments (strategic reviews, offsites, long‑range planning sessions). Bring external perspective, intellectual rigor, and forward‑looking insight to leadership discussions. Help the COMEX Team maintain focus amid complexity and competing demands. Establish and maintain critical relationships such as with the PCD global Chief of Staff Lead the development of 3–5 year strategic horizons, ensuring alignment between brand ambition, growth opportunities, and organizational capacity. Synthesize market, consumer, brand, and performance insights into clear strategic choices and trade‑offs. Define and continuously refine strategic priorities, ensuring focus on what matters most for sustainable value creation. Act as steward of the Parfums Christian Dior North America’s strategic narrative, ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency across leadership and teams. Growth Opportunity Prioritization: Translate multiple growth opportunities into structured strategic pillars, with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Establish prioritization frameworks to balance short‑term performance with mid‑ and long‑term brand and business growth. Ensure opportunities are sequenced logically and resourced appropriately to avoid dilution and fragmentation. Partner closely with key functions to convert opportunity areas into actionable roadmaps. Strategic Planning & Governance Own the annual and multi‑year planning (3YP), ensuring strong linkage between strategy, budget, and execution. Design and manage planning rhythms, decision forums, and governance processes in partnership with the President & COMEX (executive committee) that enable speed with rigor. Prepare high‑impact strategic materials and Presentations for the President and COMEX to support decision‑making. Ensure strategic initiatives are tracked, reviewed, and adjusted based on PCD & North America market performance and evolving priorities. Profile Experience 10-12 years of experience with a minimum of 7+ years of experience directly in business strategy and transformation. Strong track record of structuring ambiguity, setting priorities, and driving multi‑year initiatives forward. Skills & Attributes Exceptional strategic thinking and synthesis skills. Ability to create and build impactful presentations for executive and senior leadership, local and global. High level of rigor, stamina, and focus. Strong project and program leadership capabilities across multiple workstreams. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize teams without formal authority. Highly organized, disciplined, and resilient in fast‑moving environments. Natural owner mindset with strong accountability.
