Manager, Partnership Development San Francisco, CA

Golden State is seeking an exceptional Manager, Partnership Development who will be part of a dedicated team that will service a single, premier account within a cutting-edge and emerging technology sector. In this role, you will translate complex tech brand narratives into high-impact, tangible experiences. You will execute creative marketing activations that bridge the gap between innovation and elite sports and entertainment. This position will report to the Director, Partner Development. This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities Fulfill sponsorship agreement with corporate partner by collaborating with internal teams to ensure high level of execution, customer service and fulfillment of all deliverables within budget parameters Build and sustain strong corporate partner and agency relationships Identify, present, and sell new activation opportunities to assigned single account and drive renewal revenue by using internal resources and sales strategies Create and present execution recaps and selling presentations Attend Warriors home games, and special events Identify, present, and sell opportunities across all Golden State properties to assigned accounts Other duties assigned Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management experience, preferably within the sports industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization Excellent written and verbal communication, service, and resolution skills Skilled understanding of social media marketing and the digital space Excellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment Compensation $94,500 + Bonus + Commission (approx.
