About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner directly with the CFO on strategic, planning, and financial decision-making in a rapidly scaling, PE-backed environment. This role is pivotal in leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as preparing financial reporting packages and KPI dashboards for the leadership. The Vice President of Finance will also be responsible for overseeing cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and treasury/debt processes, and will serve as a finance partner to department heads, providing analysis and decision support. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or CMA being preferred. A minimum of 8 years' of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance is required, with a background in a private, mid-sized, or operating company environment. The role demands strong ERP/accounting systems experience, advanced Excel, or financial planning tool skills, and a proven track record in managing and developing finance teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at shaping and leading the finance function, with a hands-on approach across FP&A, treasury, cash management, and systems. Experience in a leveraged business environment is also a key qualification for this role.
