HR Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support our HR team in Winter Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing the day-to-day rhythm of HR operations while helping build a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, and great with people—someone who can handle administrative tasks with precision while supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.

salary: $55,000 - $68,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. • 1–3 years of HR administrative or recruiting experience. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
