• Conduct initial client assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each individual.
• Utilize a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.
• Engage with clients in various settings—individual, couples, family, and group therapy—tailoring your approach to best match their unique circumstance and preferences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research in mental health and attending relevant workshops and training sessions.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, each facing unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our telehealth platform allows you to support clients from various backgrounds and geographical locations, enabling access to essential services for those who may otherwise encounter barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Colorado is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a mental health counselor in a clinical or outpatient setting is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment frameworks relevant to the mental health field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building therapeutic relationships with clients from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and the ability to navigate digital tools efficiently to streamline client management.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly valued.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment, including familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Previous involvement in collaborative practices or multidisciplinary team settings.
