Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Accurately and efficiently handle all point-of-sale (POS) transactions
• Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
• Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs
• Clearly explain the buying and selling process to customers
• Maintain store operations and uphold company standards
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall store success

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
• Attention to detail when inspecting and handling merchandise
