Project Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support project management operations, with a strong focus on subcontractor coordination, contract documentation, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with day-to-day administrative and project-related tasks Review and manage subcontractor contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness Maintain project documentation, records, and files Identify and catch errors or discrepancies in contracts and documentation Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to support project execution Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines across multiple projects Communicate effectively with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in a project assistant or project administrative role Experience working with subcontractor contracts and project documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
