Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing comprehensive assessments to inform your approach.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions backed by evidence, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Continuously evaluate client progress during sessions and adjust therapeutic techniques accordingly to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated and holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on serving a varied patient population, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Your role is crucial in providing support to clients who may not have had access to these vital services previously.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.

• Experience working with clients from underserved communities is a plus, enhancing your ability to understand and respond to their unique needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
