Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Spring Creek, Nevada, and operates primarily in a home care setting, allowing you to provide therapy in the comfort of the child's own environment. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a good work-life balance while fulfilling meaningful work. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients through engaging and age-appropriate testing and observational techniques.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include targeted exercises and therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, strength, balance, and flexibility.

• Collaborate with families, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive strategies tailored to the unique needs of each child, aiming for optimal functional outcomes.

• Educate families and caregivers on effective home exercises and techniques to promote continued progress and reinforce therapy objectives.

• Document patient progress meticulously and modify therapy plans as necessary based on individual responses to treatment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
