Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide consistent and supportive counseling and crisis intervention to clients via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring high-quality emotional support.

• Engage in routine communication with family members and client's support systems to coordinate care and treatment plans, enhancing the effectiveness of interventions.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical notes accurately and within required timeframes, adhering to department policies and confidentiality regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments and established best practices in counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related mental health field is required.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
