Job Title Office Assistant Company Helzberg Diamonds Location Portage, MI 614-Kalamazoo Salary $46,200.00-$65,800.00 Job Description The Office Assistant in a Helzberg Diamonds retail store executes the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals. Key Responsibilities Process all transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist the Office Manager with operational audits and inventory counts. Comply with company policies and procedures including loss prevention, operational and human resources. Achieve personal sales and extended warranty goals by working on the sales floor. Ideal Candidate Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales or office experience. Ability to sell in a commission environment. Experience using a PC or POS system; computer keyboard proficiency required. Strong communication and organizational skills.
