Work Environment\n

The remote outpatient office setting allows for flexibility in your work-life balance while still ensuring you have the resources necessary to deliver exceptional care. Our work schedule primarily runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and additional modalities suited to each client's circumstances.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing client confidentiality and legal compliance.
\n
• Engage regularly with the treatment team in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss client progress and enhance the delivery of care.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health conditions and effective coping mechanisms, ensuring they have access to community resources.

• Actively participate in continuing education opportunities to stay informed of new developments in the mental health field.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients encompassing various ages and backgrounds, each seeking support for multiple mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or a related field is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New York.

• A strong foundation in solution-focused interventions tailored to meet each client's individualized needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities necessary to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative strategies for patient care.
