Key Responsibilities\n

As a crucial member of our mental health team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals and families, and providing both initial and ongoing therapy sessions based on their unique needs and scheduling requirements.

• Facilitating structured group therapy sessions to foster peer support and collaborative healing among patients, adhering to a planned schedule.

• Building and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients, ensuring a safe and trusting environment that respects personal boundaries.

• Assessing and utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to adapt therapies to meet the needs of patients from diverse backgrounds and with various DSM diagnoses.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments, ensuring alignment with patients' goals and progress.

• Documenting all individual and group sessions diligently, maintaining compliance with medical necessity standards, to ensure proper care and continuity.

• Compiling daily charge sheets for all patient sessions attended to track and support billing accuracy.

• Actively participating in weekly treatment planning meetings where you will contribute insights and updates, playing a key role in shaping care strategies.

• Assisting in the development of Discharge Aftercare Plans to ensure continued support for patients upon exiting the program.

• Staying current with best practices and trends in mental health care through ongoing training sessions, workshops, and engagement with professional bodies.
