Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at All of You Counseling Solutions, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting client assessments to identify mental health needs, challenges, and goals.

• Designing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches tailored to the client's unique circumstances.
\n
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Providing referrals and connecting clients with additional resources and support services to enhance their treatment experience.
\n
• Maintaining detailed, accurate, and timely electronic health records (EHR) to track client progress and comply with regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to expand your knowledge and remain current with therapeutic best practices.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and community organizations to foster comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Ethically fulfilling mandated reporting obligations to ensure client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will work closely with clients of different ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, providing the support they need to improve their mental health and facilitate personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• An active California license for LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record systems and technology to enhance client management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, applicants with additional therapeutic certifications, such as trauma-informed care or play therapy, will be viewed favorably. Experience with diverse client populations and the implementation of innovative treatment strategies will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
