Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting various mental health concerns, formulating detailed clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans to address each client's unique needs.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute situations, ensuring their safety and identifying effective coping strategies and resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation results, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
