Experienced Bookkeeper/Controller needed On-Site for a busy Jupiter, Florida real estate law firm.
• Customer service oriented, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be proficient with Quickbooks Online and will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling bank accounts, filing of 1099s, and providing year-end financial statements to accountant, along with other duties.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP & AR) and general bookkeeping principles needed.
• Candidate will need to learn Qualia (real estate processing software); and become proficient with Sage (f/k/a Timeslips), the firm’s billing software.
• Salary $65,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
