Customer Service Representative

Job Duties
- Respond to customer questions by phone, chat, and email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Document customer interactions clearly
- Enter and update customer records
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Meet established customer-service goals
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of customer-service or call-center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Accurate data-entry and recordkeeping skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to remain professional and positive with customers
