Ad Operations Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Ad Operations Specialist with a marketing or analytics background to join our team. As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support and assist in various marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should possess:

This is a full-time position working with our US team.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Operations (60%):
  • Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance
  • Create performance reports
  • Execute platform-specific optimizations
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets
  • Handle creative asset management
• Analytics & Insights (40%):
  • Analyze campaign data
  • Build and maintain dashboards
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Generate performance insights and recommendations
  • Track and analyze KPIs across marketing channels
  • Develop automated reporting solutions

Qualifications

• Platform expertise: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
• Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau (optional), etc.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)
• Strong data visualization abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
