We're known for expert service with a personal touch - and we're looking for a strong HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team to continued success.If you're a hands-on leader with a sense of urgency, a passion for developing technicians, and a commitment to high standards, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact while building a long-term career with a company that values its people.What We Offer You:Competitive Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (salary + bonus, based on experience)Solid Benefits Package:50% company-paid Medical Insurance401(k) with up to 3% company matchVacation & Sick DaysEmployee Recognition ProgramSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends may be required for urgent matters)What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and develop our team of service and installation techniciansProvide technical support and conduct ride-alongs, job site visits, and quality auditsOversee daily operations, dispatching, and technician performanceBuild and maintain a strong training program to help technicians grow their skillsWork closely with dispatchers to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfactionMonitor financial goals, review work orders, and ensure company policies are followedManage larger projects and keep them on scheduleCommunicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams as a senior company representativeHelp maintain a positive, productive culture through regular team meetingsWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of HVAC experience with 3-5 years in a leadership or management roleIn-depth knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systemsExperience with Service Titan dispatching software (preferred)Strong leadership skills with a positive, motivating attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedA genuine desire for continuous improvement - both personally and for your teamValid driver's license and a clean driving recordWillingness to occasionally work non-standard hours when neededAt Denillo Heating & Cooling, you'll be more than just a manager - you'll be a key leader helping shape the future of our service department while working with a tight-knit team that values integrity, quality, and family.If you're a driven HVAC professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and delivering excellent results, we'd love to have you join the Denillo family!Ready to take your HVAC leadership career to the next level?
