Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain current and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and coordinate treatment plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain abreast of mental health best practices and research advancements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for telehealth consultations, as well as performance bonuses and unlimited earning potential.
