About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its Physician Enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide operational leadership, with a focus on multi-site ambulatory operations. This role involves ensuring the consistent execution of the organizational operating model, driving standardization across clinics and regions, and leading initiatives to improve financial and operational performance. The VP will also oversee the execution of growth and transformation initiatives, such as provider onboarding, practice integrations, and workflow changes, and will be expected to partner closely with physician leaders, clinical teams, and enabling services to ensure alignment and effective execution of system-wide priorities. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations, Physician Enterprise position at the company should have a Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' progressive healthcare leadership experience, specifically in a multi-site setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving standardization, accountability, and performance improvement across complex, distributed environments. They must be data-driven, highly influential, and comfortable operating as a senior delegate to executive leadership. The role requires a leader who excels at building operating discipline, leading large-scale transformation, and aligning various stakeholders around shared performance goals. Executive-level communication, decision support, and the ability to ensure timely escalation of risks and performance gaps are also essential.
