Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to adults, children, and families struggling with emotional and social issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and the client's family to create a holistic approach to treatment.

• Manage and maintain accurate and timely data entry for client records within the AWARDS electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and consultation for interns, ensuring their compliance with all applicable documentation and agency standards.

• Coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, facilitating their education and integration into the team.
\n
• Actively participate in agency meetings, training sessions, and program evaluations to strengthen team functions and service delivery.
\n
• Facilitate training workshops for interns and partners while remaining updated on federal, state, and county policies governing clinical practices.
\n
• Monitor intern performance, caseload management, and proactively address any concerns that may arise.
\n
• Participate in program audits and quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with agency goals and funding requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients in a detox setting who are navigating significant emotional and social challenges often associated with substance use disorders. This role involves addressing the needs of diverse populations, including differing age groups and backgrounds, which requires an understanding of various psychosocial factors that may impact their treatment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong communication skills and a demonstrable ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote setting.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and capability to provide remote mental health services as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
