In collaboration with anesthesiologists, CRNAs develop and implement anesthesia care plans, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, based on pre-operative assessments.No call, holidays, or weekends8 or 10 hour shifts (0700-1530 or 0700-1730)Supervised by Pediatric AnesthesiologistAverage Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma CenterAnnual ER Volume: (OR volume – 13,000 cases per year)Description of OR Staff: physician, anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staffNumber of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs at main, 4 at south and medical imaging/IR coverage as wellEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 daysCompensation and Benefits: Salary up to $325k/yr based on experience (0-2; 2-5; 5+) Sign-on bonus based on commitment Potential for incentive bonus (yearly) CME/PTO (0-5) 291 hours (5+) 331 hours Excellent benefits CME $3,500 annually 401k with match Mega backdoor Roth option Deferred compensation planQualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program Current CRNA certification Licensure in the State of Ohio PALS certification Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina Preferred: 1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience
