Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Vascular Surgery Group is seeking an experienced Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support our vascular surgery outpatient practice. This role is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and supporting the daily flow of clinic operations. Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of medical front desk experience in a clinic setting (required) Experience with medical insurance verification and procedure authorizations (required) Medical appointment scheduling experience (required) EMR/EHR experience preferred (Athena strongly preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Valid Driver’s License (required) Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Rare overtime as needed Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to walk, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs (files, supplies, office materials) Frequent use of computer, keyboard, telephone, and standard office equipment Ability to assist patients at the front desk and move between patient areas, front desk, and administrative areas as needed Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation & Sick Leave Flexible Spending Account Uniform Allowance Work Environment Outpatient clinic / private practice setting Vascular surgery specialty In-person on site position only No weekends Work Hours Full-Time / 40 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
