IT Contracts Administrator

Background:
Ideal candidate has a legal background (Juris Doctorate preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in contract management, specifically within IT, SaaS, or vendor management environments.

Job Summary:
Seeking a Contract Manager to manage technology-enabled contracting functions for a retail organization. This role focuses on enabling efficient, compliant contract lifecycle management for the IT department.


Key Responsibilities:
• Create, analyze, and negotiate complex IT contracts, including MSAs (Master Service Agreements), NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), and SLAS (Service Level Agreements).
• SAP Ariba Contract Management, Buying & Invoicing
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and Procurement to align systems with operational needs
• Enhance contract visibility, consistency, and risk management across the organization
• Manage request intake and workflow tracking via Jira
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and scalability
