HR Training Coordinator
Responsible for the coordination of HR and external training administrative process in HR.
Distribution and tracking of required notices and documentation to employees.
Administration of the company automobile plans in conjunction with management.
Responsible for entering data and reporting responses regarding the Training Software.
Prepares materials required for new hire orientation and HR related training.
Prepares new employee files, and maintains personnel & training files in orderly manner.
Provide back-up coverage for front desk reception area.
Update UltiPro and other respective data bases to maintain information as needed.
Assist with processing and tracking invoices for payment & budget tracking in areas of responsibility.
Arranges for wedding and new baby gifts for employees.
Completes associated monthly reporting.
Works on special projects and provides assistance to others in various duties assigned.
Education & Experience: High School diploma required, Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, two to five years Human Resources experienced is required.
Skills: Computer Skills: Individual should have prior experience with HRIS systems, preferably UltiPro, intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). Travel may be required up to 10%.
