Accounting Operations Lead — US GAAP & Process Automation
SHI
SHI International Corp. is hiring a Manager – Accounting in New Jersey to lead end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate US GAAP financials and timely close. You will partner with FP&A, Payroll, IT, and Operations to deliver high-quality outputs and drive process improvements. The role requires 4–7+ years in accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP (D365) and BI dashboards. CPA preferred; public accounting experience a plus.
