Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients while establishing strong therapeutic alliances and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions to review client progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Design and implement person-centered treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client success and recovery.

• Document individual client notes and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Complete intake assessments to accurately evaluate new clients' needs and mental health status.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to professional ethics.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Each client’s treatment will be tailored to their specific needs, and as such, the clinician must demonstrate adaptability and a broad therapeutic skill set.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is necessary.

• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While a year of clinical experience is required, we prefer applicants with holistic knowledge of therapy modalities and familiarity with telehealth practices. Experience in engaging with clients experiencing trauma and complex emotional issues will be advantageous.
