Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify each child's strengths and needs.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement effective Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitor and document progress toward goals, ensuring that adjustments are made as necessary to enhance the child’s development.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families, guiding them in strategies that foster their child's growth and well-being.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings and contributing to overall treatment planning.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention services, promoting best practices in our field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population you will serve includes infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, as well as their families. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
