Key Responsibilities\n

• Mediate between clients and community agencies to coordinate necessary services, ensuring comprehensive support and advocacy.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, working to raise awareness of mental health and social services available through Path Counseling Center.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional training to promote personal development and organizational collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be supporting primarily include vulnerable individuals and families facing socioeconomic challenges, mental health issues, and crisis situations. You will play a critical role in ensuring these clients have the necessary resources and support to improve their mental well-being, navigate social challenges, and build resilience in the face of adversity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Path Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
