Overview
Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Travel Assignment) in Glendale, California. This travel RN role starts on 10/12/2026 for a 13-week assignment in a hospital setting. Earn $2,016 to $2,042 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift pattern is 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for telemetry patients according to the nursing process and established standards
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and maintain patient safety
- Collect and analyze data, develop and implement plans of care, and evaluate progress toward outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and case management to coordinate care
- Document clearly in the electronic health record (EPIC) and participate in discharge planning
- Delegate appropriately and provide education to patients, families, and the care team
- Maintain a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment and ensure adherence to clinical policies

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
- Education: BSN preferred
- Experience: At least two years of recent acute care nursing experience
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Specialty/Setting: Telemetry experience or demonstrated ability to work in Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units, with ability to float as needed
- On-site requirements: Ability to work in a hospital setting, adhere to applicable vaccination policies, and meet organizational onboarding needs
- Other: EPIC experience is required; must be able to work the night shift schedule and be eligible for a travel assignment in Glendale, CA
